Making Object Type Definitions Easier in Solution Designer

I love using Solution Designer to conceptualize and plan version 1.0 application solutions that address pain points within my company.

Currently I:

  • Sit in a meeting
  • Feel pain about things to fix within my company
  • Think of version 1.0 solutions
  • Use the ‘Start Planning Wizard’ to generate a workflow graph (beautiful :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:)
  • Use AIP Architect to create a Foundry implementation plan (dope )
  • Preview and integrate AI-suggested implementations (literal perfection :star_struck:)
  • Start to think about properties of my object type (brow furrows )
  • Get called on in the meeting (lose train of thought and attempt to act like I was paying attention :weary:)

Does Solution Designer have a tool to suggest object type properties or a more structured way to input them beyond the free text box?

Hello! Thanks for sharing your feedback – happy to hear you enjoy working with Solution Designer. The ontology design and integration aspect is something we’re actively thinking about and aiming to improve.

It would be super helpful to hear more about your workflow and what would be the most helpful here. Would you be open to talking with someone on our product team within the next week? If so, I’ll reach out over DM to set up a time to discuss!

That would be dope @jaker
