Model Enablement - "All Models in this Family are currently unavailable"

I’m seeing this issue in enterprise and dev environments

Models seem to be functional, but nonetheless most model families and models have this error next to them

I have raised a ticket in the platform, wondering if anyone else is seeing the same?
