Network blocked IP

Hi everyone,

First post here so apologies if my terminology is oncorrect.

Would it be possible to add the following please, this is from my AI FDE.

Your Foundry enrollment has an ingress allow list that controls which IP addresses can access Foundry. Your current IP address (81.149..***) is being blocked from accessing the *.apps.euw-3.palantirfoundry.co.uk domain.

You can access the main Foundry platform (bdm.euw-3.palantirfoundry.co.uk) fine, but the *.apps. subdomain (where your deployed app lives) may require separate network configuration.

How to fix this
This is an enrollment administrator task — it’s not something I can change in the code. You have two options:

Option 1: Contact your enrollment admin
Ask your Foundry enrollment administrator or Palantir representative to add the .apps.euw-3.palantirfoundry.co.uk domain to your enrollment’s ingress allowlist (or add your IP address …*

I am not sure how to fix this so any help would be most appreciated.

Can you configure network ingress directly in the Control Panel? To do that, search for “Control Panel” and look for “Network Ingress.” I’m sharing the documentation here. https://www.palantir.com/docs/foundry/administration/configure-ingress

If you cannot, you’ll likely need to contact your Palantir representative(s). I recommend using the Issues app to do so.
