I am not able to add new passkeys. When I clicked on “Add a passkey”, it’s prompting me to reauthenticate and reauthentication resulting a new foundry window. Looks like a redirection issue.

Adding a 2nd passkey requires a recent login, which is why it’s taking you through the authentication flow. Normally at the end of that flow you should be able to register a new passkey.
If this is not working, could you please file a ticket via our support mechanisms with as much context as you can provide (browser, knowing what part of the redirection isn’t working would be useful, etc.).

Just to add on to the above - you can retry after clearing the cookies or in incognito too.
If that doesn’t work, please raise a ticket to us via the Issues application.
Issue is resolved for me. Looks like some kind of slowness issue. It is taking a lot of time when I scan QR code using mobile camera, it takes a lot of time to identify.
Issue is with Linux boxes. I have Linux desktop OS, where it just stuck in “connecting” step after I scan QR code using mobile camera. It works fine when I am on Windows.
