Not getting notifications on issues updated by Palantir person

I have created issues about critical failures in our system and Palantir support person replies to it at their convenience. I never get email notifications when ticket is updated. How can I enable that? I can’t be checking issue tickets every half an hour.

Within Foundry, you can navigate to your user settings to check notification preferences:

  • Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the Foundry interface
  • Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu

For email notifications within the Foundry platform, there are also platform settings that can be configured by an administrator within Control Panel. Documentation about email allowlisting can be found here: Email allowlisting

If you’re still unable to receive emails, ensure that your Foundry account is setup such that you have a primary email address. You can check this by going to the following URL on your instance and confirming that an email that is part of the domain allowlist is listed under Primary email:
