I need to get email notifications when someone comments on my post. How do I enable that. I can’t be coming to community every day just to check if there are any replies.
Hey @kelkarshriram ,
You can configure this in your Preferences.
Checkout https://community.palantir.com/u/<username>/preferences/emails
for email notification settings and https://community.palantir.com/u/<username>/preferences/tracking
to automatically track certain tags or posts.
Thanks!
I have done that but I am still not getting email notifications about the issues I have opened and when Palantir team member provides with an update. Here are my settings. Please suggest which setting I should change.
For email notifications within the Foundry platform, there are platform settings that can be configured by an administrator within Control Panel. Documentation about email allowlisting can be found here: Email allowlisting
If you’re still unable to receive emails, ensure that your Foundry account is setup such that you have a primary email address. You can check this by going to the following URL on your instance and confirming that an email that is part of the domain allowlist is listed under Primary email:
https://<FOUNDRY_URL>/workspace/settings/account
These notification settings are for within the Foundry platform, and distinct from the Community notifications.
