Object Set: Entity Types Not Initialized

Hi,

Issue:
I’m working through the AIP Speedrun tutorial on (this step), but when I click “search around” it throws an error “Failed to execute Search Around – Object Set: Entity Types Not Initialized” when trying to select Entity. (see screenshot below)

What I have tried:

In the Ontology Manager:
I saw another post in this forum about a similar issue and they advised to check the Object V2 Data source, but I checked and it seems to have completed indexing:

However, when I navigate to Ontology Manager > Object Views it shows an error
“errorName”: “ObjectSet:EntityTypesNotInitialized”

Additionally, I have gone back and double-checked the previous steps including the pipeline transformations and everything seems to be correct.
I tried running the re-indexing and this did not resolve the problem either.

Are you able to load these objects in other applications, e.g. in Insight? My first thought is that something was just not synced somewhere and that a refresh will sort everything out, but if you’re able to load it in Insight but not this application it might be something to do with permissions.
