Ontology Value Formatting for Multipass GroupId

Hi,

for a specific usecase, we would like to enable our users to share data with other groups of users by modifying granular permissions via edits by adding group Ids to relevant columns defined in restricted views.

The ontology supports already value formatting for UserIds to see the actual name:

Action types allow to have groups as dropdown selection:

I feel like we are missing the multipass Group formatting respectively, or is the tooltip in the ontology setting not sufficient?

Thanks for posting on the community forum! You are indeed right that this seem’s to be a missing feature based on the UI. The good news is that this is just poor wording on our side. The Multipass username option will in fact also render groups, so you can use this same setting here. I’ll make sure the descriptions here are updated to clarify this in the configuration experience.

As an update we have updated the description for this choice to clarify this option works for both Users and groups.
