Open an overlay with a URL Column in Object Table

I want to add a URL Column in an object table. When it is clicked I want to open an overlay where a user may mark the object as “Mark” / “Unmark”.

However, I see that we can only add a link to another workshop in the URL but is there anyway I can open an overlay just by interacting with the object table cell’s content?

Would be nice, but it is not possible to trigger events that way, as far as i know.
