Organization does not support adding external provider

Hi,

I am using the Palantir Foundry trial instance, where we are trying to establish some sort of authentication between Foundry and external system. The idea is to ideally share some sort of trust or identity provider, to authenticate the user triggering a webhook.

Follow https://www.palantir.com/docs/foundry/authentication/saml-getting-started/ so far.

A major blocker is the lack of options to choose SAML or any iDP configuration

We see no option to add SAML or any external providers, is there a permission we are missing ? Or is this not allowed in a trial instance

Thanks for your question.

Bringing your own SSO and configuring external authentication providers are not available in the Developer Tier. This is why you’re not seeing options to add SAML or external authentication providers.

You can check your current plan’s feature limitations by navigating to Your Plan in Control Panel, which shows the differences between the Developer Tier and Enterprise.
