You are not forcing users to save a SA document when they create new. This means work is not saved automatically. Lost several hours of work as a result when my session expired. Please force users to save documents before starting.

Indeed, Solution-Designer doesn’t forces a save upon launch. This is a fine grain balance between friction at start vs risk of loosing work.
There are warning in the app as soon as you reach a specific number of nodes, to warn users they should save their work.
This feedback is valid, and we’ll look into changing this behavior to better prevent loss of work.
