What can I do as a PD Team to prepare for the launch of the Developer Community?
There’s a few critical yet simple things you can do to prepare.
Help seed the community:
- Update any bots in your Slack rooms to direct people to first ask their question on the Community.
- Change your SOPs to direct folks to ask questions on the community, vs replying in Slack.
Get ready to answer external questions
External users will be able to ask ‘how to’ questions in the form. Please answer them! However, direct them to contact Palantir Support for anything that requires specific knowledge of the enrolment.
You’ll get a notification in your Slack room any time someone posts a question and tags your product.

We’ve started with Q&A given it’s simplest. But if you would like to use the forum for announcements, to solicit feature request, look for Beta users or anything else, do let us know and we can get this spun up quickly.
