Problem with completing the "Speedrun: Mining Your First Business Process" (Machinery)

I am following this tutorial “Speedrun: Mining your first business process” but I hit problem when trying to mine the process in Machinery.

I get this error message “Failed connecting to live updates. See console for details.” (see screenshot attached).

I got the datasets (claims, customers, claim_logs) via the Marketplace.

In this case, there is a failure to connect to the live process updates as the Claim object type is still indexing into the ontology. Once indexing is complete, this should be resolved. You see the indexing status in the “Welcome to Machinery” card.

Please reach out if you are still seeing issues once indexing is complete.

I too had the same the problem. I took a while to index. It was good after it.

The indexing was constantly failing because of a type mismatch for ‘Claim Date’ (timestamp).
