I am in Venezuela, is there any limitation for Venezuelans to create palantir DEV accounts?

Hi Joel, the problem seems to be a political issue related to sanctions on Venezuela. I can’t log in with the link you sent me either. Some friends who live in Venezuela can’t log in, but friends in other countries can log in. Bad luck for me.
