Is anyone able to clarify how we control access to the shiny apps that we output.
Am I right in thinking that only Users with access to the project folder your RStudio workbench is in, will be able to access?

Only users who can view the Rshiny app in compass should be able to have access to it.
I believe being able to view the project folder is one way to get view permission on the app but there might be other options (I believe you can give specific permissions to one file within a project or add some more precise restrictions). I would recommend right clicking on the resource you want to verify perms on and check the “Edit requirements…” button to verify who has view access to this resource.
