Every time I try to use any of the MCP features, I tragically get this error. If anyone knows what’s going on here, much appreciated.
For reference, using Gemini CLI here, same error also happens on Codex. Using an Apple laptop and the Foundry MCP Hub to set this all up

I was able to repro this for gemini-cli and it seems to be caused tools with recursive schemas. I filed a ticket upstream https://github.com/google-gemini/gemini-cli/issues/14945 and hopefully they can fix it soon.
However, I was not able to reproduce it for Codex. Codex seems to work fine for me.
