SAP SLT upgrade stopped due to PALANTIR Connector issue

Hi All,
in our landscape, we are sending the data to Foundry using The Palantir Foundry Connector 2.0 (SP20) for SAP Applications (“Connector”): an SAP Certified Add-On developed in partnership with [Diskover Limited].
We are upgrading our SLT using SUM as follows :

  • DMIS add-on from the current version 2011 to 2018 SP06
  • Netweaver framework from 7.50 to 7.52.
We got stuck because the SUM was requesting an updated package for the Connector or a Vendor Key to proceed.
At this stage, we upgraded the PALANTIR and PALCONN components to SP31.2 (latest) and then restarted the SUM.
Now, the SUM is asking for a new version of the PALCONN only or the vendor key.
Have you ever faced an issue like that? Could you please help?
    Thanks
