I am learning to setup Palantir’s platform. For this, I created a Databricks connection in the platform to sync 1 file. Connect worked, I was able to create a virtual table using a source table from Databricks connect (my own table not the auto generated samples tables). However, when I am pulling the data, the Virtual table sync is failing (snapshot enclosed)
AIP recommended solutions suggested to reach out to Palantir Customer Support for further help. Not sure how to troubleshoot this. I will appreciate if you can look in to it and suggest a solution.
Error is simple - “Unexpected infrastructure failure: the job has failed unexpectedly in the backing compute cluster without committing or aborting. Reason: Job failed with the following container states:”
While it says “following container states:”, system doesn’t provide any further details.
AIP agent explaination of the issue is as follows:
“It seems like your job failed due to an infrastructure issue within the backing compute cluster. This is likely not something caused by your code but rather an internal issue with the cluster or environment where the job was executed.”
