Hi,

I’m working through the Palantir Learn Data Analyst training track and encountered an issue while configuring the object in Ontology Manager.

I’ve set Order Id as the Primary Key, mapped all columns correctly, and added the Base Formatter. However, when I click “Review changes”, I still get the error:

:red_circle: Title property ID not found

I’ve double-checked that Order Id is:

  • Mapped to the correct column (order_id)
  • Set as Primary Key (purple key icon shows)
  • Included under “Base Formatter” and “Column” settings

Despite this, the red error dot persists. Has anyone faced this issue before or knows how to resolve it?

I’ve attached screenshots for reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there!

There seems to be two issues, right? One with the Order Id not finding its backing column and the other with there not being a title property ID?

To start, can you check the “Source” for this property (see the tab on the right) and see what it says? For whatever reason it doesn’t appear that the Order Id is being correctly backed by a column (or it should show up in the screenshot you’ve posted).
