I am enrolled in the course “Deep Dive: Creating Your First Ontology” and need to install the corresponding Marketplace bundle as instructed. However, I am unable to find or install this bundle in my Foundry environment. As I am the only user and administrator in this organization, I do not have another admin to contact.
Could you please assist me in gaining access to and installing the required Marketplace bundle for this course?

In the left-side panel of the platform, you can click on “Applications” and search for the “Marketplace” application.
Then navigate to the “Palantir Learning Store”. There you will be able to find the “Deep Dive: Creating Your First Ontology” product and instructions on how to install it.
I’m having the same problem. The Palantir Learning Store does not exist in Marketplace.
I can confirm we have received multiple reports of the Palantir Learning Store not showing as available on some Foundry environments. This store contains all relevant learn.palantir.com training material.
We are actively investigating this issue and will provide you with an update as soon as we have additional information to share.
