I have lot of comment widgets in multiple workshop applications deployed. when someone tags me in any of the comments, I do not receive any notification. How can i fix that?
When you are tagged in a comment, you should receive a notification by default
If you are not receiving notifications, it might be due to custom notification configuration/

Hello – we have default settings enabled and users are still not receiving notifications via the Workshop comments widget when they are directly @ mentioned. They do receive notifications when they are followers of Issues. What do you recommend?

It is working for me know.
when deploying the comment widget in the workshop app, in the widget configuration setup on the right side there is an option to Send default notifications (by default it is turned off).
