I have a time series property I added to an object. The sync file can display the time series properly, but the quiver for the object type and the workshop cannot display the time series data and says that there is no data/ no value. Did I set something up wrong?

Can you check the object type in Ontology Manager → Capabilities tab → confirm the TSP shows the correct sync listed as its datasource (not blank and not a different/old sync).
If it looks correct, go to the sync’s preview and grab a couple of real series ID values.
Go to the object type backing dataset (or an actual object instance) and check the series ID column values for those same objects.
Compare them character-for-character, this check resolves the vast majority of “sync fine, object empty”.
I should also add that it is linked to the object property correctly since it appears in the “ontology” section of the preview page.
The series ID column values are the same. I talked to the AIP Assist for a while and couldn’t find the issue. It eventually said that everything seemed to be correct and to reach out to support. I have it formatted correctly and the preview of the sync shows the graph correctly. The only is in the mapping since the object still says that there is “no value” for the time series.
