I can confirm we have received multiple reports of the Palantir Learning Store not showing as available on some Foundry environments. This store contains all relevant learn.palantir.com training material.

What is the process to formally request help with this issue? It seems there are no viable workarounds and it seems this issue has been mentioned for some time.
