Unable to access Palantir Learning Store in Marketplace

Seems this is common topic.

I’m having this issue, cannot access the Deep Dive training.

This is a dev tier account.

I have access to Marketplace.

On my Marketplace I only see “AIP Now Product Reference Resources Store”

In all other posts about this issue I see the next step is to request help, I’m doing that now.

I can confirm we have received multiple reports of the Palantir Learning Store not showing as available on some Foundry environments. This store contains all relevant learn.palantir.com training material.

We are actively investigating this issue and will provide you with an update as soon as we have additional information to share.

What is the process to formally request help with this issue? It seems there are no viable workarounds and it seems this issue has been mentioned for some time.

unable to login in learn website error - 403 Forbidden

I can confirm that this issue should now be fixed and the Palantir Learning Store should be available across all enrolments.

Please could you check and confirm you are now able to access this and continue with your training.
