We’ve been building our startup on Foundry and OSDK, and the developer tier was sufficient to this point, but we’re concerned that we will hit its limits as we gain adoption.
To that end, we’ve been looking to upgrade to enterprise pricing. I issued a ticket that was routed to the enterprise pricing team, but that was three weeks ago. I’ve been following up, but no responses.
Could fellow community members share their experiences with upgrading from developer to enterprise tiers? What should we expect in terms of typical timeframes and processes?
