Is it possible to roll up usage in reosurce-management application by organization instead of resources/folders/projects/space ?

It is not possible out of the box in Resource-Manager application for now, but this is possible to manually aggregate by using the “Internal Dataset Export” of “granular usage”.

Resource Management: Granular Usage Data
The Granular Usage Data dataset contains the infrastructure usage data for your enrollment such as compute and storage values. This dataset can only be exported by users with the Resource Management Administrator role.
