User Group Access Graph Improvements

When in Settings and looking at a User Group, it is easy to see the different Projects that Group has access to and which Roles they have. By clicking the Actions menu and ‘View Graph’, it is possible to see the Project access in a nice lineage view.

I would like a tab in Settings, and additional nodes in the graph, to show all of the Ontology Object Actions the group meets the Submission Criteria for.

This would be really useful when initially creating groups and making sure they meet all of the criteria intended to perform their role in Workshop Apps. It would also be a nice check when deciding which group a specific user should be placed.

Example “Joe needs access to the app. Groups A, B, and C have access to the app. I know he should be able to do tasks X, Y, and Z, but I don’t know which group to put him in” → I would want to put Groups A, B, and C on the graph (or look at each Settings page) and be able to see the Ontology Actions each group can perform.

I agree. Being able to visualize submission criteria by user groups would be extremely helpful in understanding where users belong.
