Welcome skills in AI FDE! (but how can I added?)

I think a feature called “Manage Skills” was added to AI FDE yesterday, and I understand it to be a feature that allows you to register and use skills, similar to Claude Code.
Personally, I’m very excited because it seems like I’ll be able to utilize various skills.
However, when I try to add a skill, the following error appears.
What should I do?
