What permissions are needed to approve an ontology proposal in this situation:

  • I have a “Create incident” action that is backed by a function (that calls a webhook).
  • User 1 has editor on the Create Incident action, editor on the backing function, and editor on the main object.
  • Is editor enough? Or do they need owner?

How do I figure out who can approve my ontology proposal? Do all potential approvers get notified?

Hi,

I believe it depends upon how you’ve setup your permissions, but you can generally find these settings in Ontology Manager, or in your stack’s Control Panel. Given them Editor access should usually allow them to review & approve ontology proposals
