Where do we configure environment-specific variables in Foundry (e.g., environment-specific API endpoints)?

Dear Community,
I’m currently working with Data Connections in Palantir Foundry, and I’d like to configure values such as API endpoints that differ across environments (e.g., dev, test, prod).

Is there a recommended or standard way to set up environment-specific variables in Foundry for use in pipelines, code, or connection configurations?

Would love to hear how others manage this — especially in cases where connections or logic need to dynamically adapt based on the environment.

I have the same question for code repositories.

Generally, you would duplicate Sources for each environment and for access separation place them into different compass projects.

Same is true for code repositories, where you can use the Generic Source to store arbitrary secrets and then use it in a transform.
