Palantir is hosting a Builder-focused Product Roadmap Session that covers the high level overview of upcoming product capabilities and focus areas. This session will start with an update on our communication channels and investments into the Palantir builder community, followed by strategic product areas of focus and demonstrations of the new features.

Please use the below forum to provide your topics of interest ahead of the webinar, and to ask questions during the session which we will use for Q&A at the end of the presentation.

Please note this session is invite only for Palantir for Builders customers.

What is the latest on interfaces? It seems like this can be a great tool for us, but we have not had time to dig in. Any example use cases where you have seen it used? When will it be out of beta?

Looking forward to hearing about the features on the roadmaps of Workshop, Quiver, Ontology and Pipeline Builder!

We would like more info on agents, how to build, agent to agent interactions, compatibility and roadmap.
In general so looking forward to the webinar and roadmap info.

Dear Palantir Team,

Thank you for organizing the Builder-focused Product Roadmap Session. I am excited to learn more about the upcoming product capabilities and focus areas. Here are some topics of interest I would love to see covered during the webinar:

  1. Current AIP Thread: I am particularly interested in the current AIP Thread, which works for 24 hours after a user places a query and receives a response. I would like to see this AIP Thread evolve to behave more like ChatGPT or Copilot, with capabilities to:
  • Analyze images and return text.
  • Process CSV and Excel files and provide analysis based on the input data.
  • Utilize the GPT-4 model within the UI for enhanced functionality.
  1. AIP Agent in Foundry: I would appreciate examples of how to use AIP agents in Foundry. Specifically, I am interested in:
  • Modifying the UI to make it more user-friendly.
  • Demonstrating use cases that show how multiple AIP Logic components can work together as part of a workflow to build AIP agents.

Additionally, I have a few questions for the Q&A session:

  • How will the new communication channels integrate with existing tools and platforms?
  • What specific resources or support will be available to builders as part of the new investments?
  • Can you provide examples of how the new features have been successfully implemented in real-world scenarios?

Thank you for considering my feedback. I am looking forward to participating in the webinar and learning more about Palantir’s future developments.

Two thumbs up for this request :+1::+1: So curious to hear what cool features we can expect on the application development side!

@zoe could you say more about the dependency management work you just mentioned?

Would love to see a decompress .zip or similar type PB operation if we’re talking about good ideas for raw files

Are there any benefits to MMDP workflow for builds or latency?

How will usage-based pricing work with MMDP pushing compute to external platforms?

Hi,
Thanks for the roadmap definitions. Could you please expand on why data connectors from CData are mainly in experimental? Should we be using them in our prod applications that are more critical to customer response/support workflows?

In devops for AI, you mentioned rails and frameworks for models/agents. Can you go into devops for standard business process development? Of primary interest would be test suite development and automated testing within the CICD process e.g. something that would run an operation with mocked data through various Foundry components?

Can you expand on the event listener topic? What does that look like from an implementation standpoint?

Thanks!

As you roll out all the new features, is there a concurrent effort to ensuring their support within the Devops/Marketplace toolset. We do the core of our SDLC with that.

1: Are you able to link mark down in pipeline builder to specific nodes?

2: Great to see MMDP allowing customers use storage/compute in other investments. Do you see this ultimately changing Palantir’s usage pricing?

Hi! Are there plans to make evals in AIP Logic programmatically accessible, i.e, as a dataset?

Second, is there anything in the works for alerting on AIP logic performance?

Hope you were able to watch the roadmap today, I covered some new updates from Pipeline Builder and Workflow Builder. Please keep an eye on the platform announcements here for more: https://www.palantir.com/docs/foundry/announcements/

Hope you were able to catch the roadmap today, the features I showed and more are announced here. Additionally, check out the “aip agents” examples in platform using the Examples (Build with AIP) application.

Hi Luke, thanks for your question. 1) Right now the Pipeline Builder text nodes float on the pipeline but please create a new Community post to request for this to be linked to other nodes and what your use case would be for that feature. 2) Thanks, Palantir hasn’t adjusted any pricing based on these investments.

In general, products need to become GA and stable before being supported by DevOps/Marketplace. If you have a specific feature you have questions about us supporting, please create a new Community post and I’m happy to send someone from the PD team your way!
