I have newly created Palantir Free tier account for learning purpose of my own. I am still in doubt about what all applications and resources can I use and to what limit? for eg, can I create contour or code repo and use them for free? what can be the size of the datasets? what is the limitation on workshop and the AIP models? can I use AIP assist?

Absolutely - you can use all those applications and more! Developer Tier comes with all applications that are “Generally Available”. You can view these under “Application Access” in Control Panel. If you would like access to applications in “Beta” please contact Palantir support by raising an Issue in your instance.
